Highly recommended as low impact type of exercise, getting you fitter gradually in a very safe way.

Exercise known to facilitate the flow of Qi (life energy) in the body, promoting good health and vitality

Taiji practitioner also benefit from improved Muscle Tone, Joint Strength, Cardiovascular function, Mental Focus, Balance and Flexibility.

At first Taiji practice is slow in order to pay attention to the accuracy and correct application of the movement. Later on however, Taiji becomes faster and faster as the body becomes stonger and more coordinated.

This class will integrate Tai-Chi and Qigong exercise, with focus on improving balance, range of movement, flexibility as well as muscle and joint strength.

WARNING, practicing Tai-Chi / Qigong will most likely revitalize you, strengthen your immune system and make many of your aches and pains disappear - be sure this is what you want!

I would like to start a class as soon as at least 6 people register. The class can start on Either Sunday or Thursday mornings at 08:30 or in the evenings on Mondays or Wednesdays at 18:30. Class duration: 75 minutes. Suitable for most fitness levels.

Parkinson's' Special Training

If you suffer from Parkinson's' disease, this particular way of training can greatly improve your life. This training is only offered as Customized Personal Training and involves more "action like" Taichi practice as well as boxing drills. With no actual combat involved, this particular training method provides intensive and rigorous practice focusing on coordination, balance, increased range of movements with more accuracy, agility and much much more...

I have been successfully teaching and continuously improving this method since 2018 - incorporating all the knowledge I have gained so far in my almost 40years of practice in martial arts/TaiChi, and 24 years of teaching.

With this method I have proven that a lot can be done to improve the lifestyle of Parkinson's' sufferers until a cure is found - provided you are willing to do the work!
