Martial Arts


Based on traditional Ving Tsun Kung Fu, TaiChi and Shaolin Kung Fu. This course offers students the opportunity to get fitter, while at the same time gaining basic knowledge of self defence, Combat Techniques, free-sparring and weapons.

This art is non-acrobatic and relatively simple to master, being most suited to street self-defense. Weapons used include: your brain, swords, knives, sticks and hand-guns.

This art is known to be one of the fastest and most efficient type of martial art in existence.

Separate classes for teenagers and adult male/female.
